Jesus Luz Does Not Mind Being Called a ‘Boy Toy’

….. Filmmaker John McCulskey threatened to punch out Rudy Giuliani in a Bridgehampton parking lot. He stopped at the Golden Pear for a cup of coffee, then was arrested. Anna Paquin hosted a Hamptons magazine party at Day + Night in Southampton, the latest from the twins behind Merkato. Sean Avery played bouncer at Lily Pond, only letting in the girls he thought were hot, as Brett Ratner and Stavros Niarchos hung out with models at the recently opened Georgica in East Hampton. After accidentally crashing a wedding, John Legend cozied up to his model girlfriend, Chrissy Teigen, at the new Montauk Yacht Club while Bethenny Frankel plugged her diet book, Naturally Thin, nearby. And “everyone was half-naked” by the end of the night at Montauk’s Surf Lodge, where Alexandra Richards D.J.-ed. Jay McInerney and Anne Hearst held court at their home in Water Mill, hosting dinner for 30 guests, including Nicole Miller, Rick and Kathy Hilton, and Le Bernardin chef Eric Ripert. RenĂ©e Zellweger perused East Hampton’s Intermix. In a leotard….

Housewives Watch: Bethenny Frankel kicks it at polo

Was Bethenny Frankel checking out Xante Liqueur for more cocktail ideas at the closing day Saturday of the Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at Blue Star Jets Field? It is not an ingredient in her SkinnyGirl Margarita, but here's a suggestion: Poured into the Stoli Vodka they were serving in the tent packs a serious punch. (Don't ask us how we know.)

That was not one of the specialty drinks. Xante co-sponsored the afternoon with Bing, Stoli and Niche Media's Hamptons Magazine. Hamptons threw an after party for WNBC's new show, "LX New York," at designer Jamie Drake's East Hampton estate, with avant garde dance vignettes that featured scant clothing, whips and body paint. All in the name of art, of course.

The very single Russell Simmons seemed on the prowl at Polo. "That Swedish girl is hot," we heard him say, after talking to Xante's tall, blonde chief executive Adele Nilsson.

Frankel's figure is also looking hotter than ever. "I've been surfing and golfing," she said. "I took a villa at the Montauk Yacht Club for the whole summer, so it's a little more under the radar." Also a little more under the radar: her hunky fiance.

Don't expect too many Hamptons scenes in Season 3 of "The Real Housewives of New York City." They haven't started taping yet. When can we expect to see? "More of the same," she laughed. "More drama. I'm sure there'll be charity events, gala events, doctor visits, divorces -- who knows?"

And, of course, fiance visits, for Little Bethenny, Happy at Last.

Leighton Meester attends premiere of "Spread"

The Surf Lodge in Montauk saw more than 200 guests on Friday night, including "Real Housewives" Alex McCord, Simon Van Kempen, and Bethenny Frankel for the exclusive preview of the CAVI Sport surf-inspired designer line in celebration of the Hamptons Magazine Surf Issue. . . .

"Gossip Girl" Leighton Meester, left, and her boyfriend Sebastian Stan had Saturday morning brunch, and several bottles of Champagne, in a private poolside cabana at Day & Night Restaurant Beach Club in Southampton. . . .

Later Leighton and Sebastian attended the premiere of his film “Spread” at the UA East Hampton theater along with Jason Binn, Donna Karan, Christina Cuomo and the film’s stars Anne Heche and Ashton Kutcher. . . .

Post “Spread,” Heche, Kutcher, Demi Moore, Meester, Alec Baldwin, and Mischa Barton headed to East Hampton’s Lily Pond where chef Philippe Chow personally cooked for everyone in the VIP area. . . .

Ashton Kutcher hits an East End screening

Ashton Kutcher was not a prankster on the set of “Spread,” according to co-star Anne Heche, who was glad of it. “I did not want to get punk'd when I’m running around half naked all the time.”

Kutcher, Demi Moore, Heche and James Tupper (he's the daddy of her new baby), co-stars Margarita Levieva, Sebastian Stan and his “Gossip Girl,” Leighton Meester, joined Niche Media CEO Jason Binn and editor-in-chief Cristina Cuomo (Hamptons and Gotham magazines) Saturday night at an exclusive UA East Hampton Theater screening. Kutcher’s co-Kaballah followers, Donna and Gabby Karan, also showed up. Later, revelers washed down the signature dishes of Philippe East Hampton with Orzel Vodka, at Lily Pond.

“Spread,” produced by Barbarian Films and distributed by Anchor Bay, portrays a different kind of eyes wide open relationship – based on lust and opportunism. It opens August 14.

Kutcher gave his all to the roll of a pretty boy in Los Angeles, whose lifestyle is fueled by his sexual prowess and manipulative charm. He moves into Anne Heche’s fabulous “spread,” but meets his match in the equally calculating Levieva, a waitress driving an $80,000 car. Playing this character, Kutcher said, “made me appreciate the stability I have in my life. I’m happy I’m not in the game, because the game is not fun. It could be very painful.”

“We had a lot to do in this movie,” said Anne Heche. “We had to create, hopefully, an adult relationship that’s never been seen before and that’s tricky. We wanted it to be relatable, but also blow people’s minds and bring them into a world that they hadn’t been in. I think we accomplished that.”

If there’s one woman left who doesn’t think Kutcher is the real sexiest man alive -- either those who watched him on “That ‘70s Show” and “Punk’d,” or those Demi’s age, who wouldn’t turn a hot younger guy away, but don’t want to be called “Cougars” – seeing him shirtless in “Spread” will take care of that.
But Kutcher’s too evolved to buy into that image. “I’m not chatting up other woman, I’m already taken,” he told us. “I like to connect with people of all ages to tell stories that they can relate to. I’m really trying to focus on creative things that create change in the world in one way, shape, form or the other.”
“Funnily enough, he’s a very serious actor,” said Heche. “That’s probably what people wouldn’t know about him.”

And he likes to watch Demi shop and get dressed at night. We are so in love.

Beth Ostrosky Stern: Puppies and kittens -- no babies

We caught up with Beth Ostrosky Stern in East Hampton Saturday night at the Tommy Hilfiger store event hosted by Hamptons Magazine, Hilfiger and Molly Sims and then the Phoenix House party honoring Niche Media’s Jason Binn and wife Haley at Phoenix House board member George Kellner’s East Hampton home.

Beth was with Howard Stern seven years before he proposed, on Valentine's Day 2007. They finally tied the knot in October.

“I love married life,” she said. “I highly recommend it. As good as it was, it’s 100 percent more thrilling. Now, Howard’s my family: I’m a Stern.”
So, can we expect any new Sterns running around the Hamptons?
“We have one little girl, an English bulldog,” she explained. “But I feel I have all of the animals in North Shore Animal League, for which I’ve been the proud spokesperson for the past five years.

"We have more than 20,000 adoptions a year. I love spreading the word and telling everyone about their wonderful mission."

You are a very good spokeswoman for a very good cause, but, to get back to the question . . . “I’m going to have lots of puppies, lots of kittens, but no human babies.” -- Lee Fryd
